Η αμερικανική-μάρκα υψηλής ποιότητας Ellsworth (Σαν Ντιέγκο, Καλιφόρνια) άλλαξε χέρια στη νέα ιδιοκτήτρια RP Designs (Ατλάντα, ΗΠΑ), μια αμερικανική εταιρεία κατασκευής ανταλλακτικών ποδηλάτων.
